This is the absolute best company! Ask for Ashley! We had our solar system relocated when we moved locations across town. They provided numerous options and showed comparison pictures on different options for both the old and new house. They coordinated with a roofing contractor (Art of the Roof, they were fantastic as well) and got everything sorted with both HoAs, the city and the electric companies. It was effortless on my end. Post PTO, the system had an issue and Ashley gets the issue investigated, works with Tesla and has ensured our experience has been great. The field crew, electricians and every trade they send are professional, respectful and communicate every step of the way. Working with Gage at Solstice Solar was a genuinely positive experience. From the first call through the proposal phase, he was professional, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated the low-pressure approach: no pushy upsells, no fear tactics, and no constant follow-up spam. I have known Gage Mueller for over 5 years. In that time, he has helped me install solar on my roof and batteries in my garage. He has helped me locate electric service providers here in Houston. Most importantly, he has made himself available to answer any and all home energy questions, however inane. He has yet to steer me wrong. As a result, my monthly home electric bill ranges from $ 20 to $ 35. The first thing to learn about Gage Mueller and Solstice Solar is that they take responsibility in a world filled with so many people desperately trying to avoid any sort of accountability. Among other things, they take responsibility for: •	Understanding the customers’ energy needs; •	Understanding their equipment acquisition, along with its installation and maintenance; •	Setting the incredibly positive tone of the relationship with their customers; •	Meeting the customers’ expectations; •	Remembering everything about the customers’ installations, even years later; •	Communicating clearly and honestly with past, present, and prospective customers. The second thing to know about Gage and the people at Solstice Solar is that they are responsive. When I ask Gage a question or alert him to an issue, he tries to directly answer the question or resolve the issue himself. If necessary, he then quickly and intelligently escalates the question or issue until he gets a satisfactory resolution. He then circles back after a reasonable interval to make sure that the question is truly answered or the issue is thoroughly resolved. I contacted Gage Mueller for help switching my solar batteries to use a free nights electricity program. I had some problems getting this done with Enphase and he came over to my house while staying on the phone the whole way and stayed until it was done. I have used Gage as my solar resource since I started exploring solar options in 2021 and he has helped me through installing solar panels, adding batteries and picking new electricity programs. My wife and I are very happy with all of the services we received from Solstice Solar.  Our initial consult was excellent, as were the design and delivery of products. This team did a great job. I finally pulled the trigger in November and they were able to get it installed with PTO before 12/31 tax credits expired. The install team was very efficient and ran a spotless project. They helped with the design, the education and even optimizing my utility plan after the install. A+, all the way around!
